We want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of the product remaining to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your skincare or makeup items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and include your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our beauty lab inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
